Oliver Merlin Moulin à Vent


Wine with an intense and deep color. Lots of concentration on the palate with velvety tannins. Beautiful aromatic expression on spices and flowers (peony).

Vinification: 12 days whole-cluster carbonic maceration in wood tank, two pump-overs daily. Aged for 12 months in barrel (10% new), racked to stainless steel tanks for 6 months blending.

Pairs well with camembert cheese.
