Pale gold with aromas of pear, white peach, pineapple, and a chalky mineral note.  Medium bodied with a roundness to the palate with flavors of tangerine, lemon curd, and nectarine with a slight buttery touch and a juicy finish.  This wine is ideal as an apertif with ceasar salad, asparagus risotto, or seafood like shrimp or crab.
