Our Tasting Notes: This is one of those wines that as soon as I tasted it, I couldn't help but smile.  This is everything I want out of Chenin Blanc.  A beautiful nose that mixes ripe golden apple notes, hay, some dried flowers, and a savory note reminiscent of fresh herbs or rosemary.  Full bodied with laser beam acidity, the palate sings with flavors of ripe honeyed fruit, apple, quince and a long dense finish.  A beautiful bottle of wine.
