Air reveals a weighted, complex, earth-driven note of wet stone and lanolin, suggesting the ability to gain weight and power with time. The palate is viscous, with a smoothly textured profile and bright acids that define the flavors. Intentionally made to drink on release, this will unfurl in complexity over the next four to six years. But, frankly, I would encourage you to enjoy this wine in the beauty of its youth. It is too delicious not to!
