Brand Haus Weiss Liter
Haus Weiss is kinda same style as the Liter Weissburgunder, we made it a blend and added some Silvaner this makes sense taste-wise as it adds some spiciness and minerality to the blend without overtaking the fruit. Both vines grow on loam, loess with partly limestone rich soil. Vinification is kept simple short maceration, wild yeast fermentation and aging on the lees till March. Basically, your daily low intervention Tischwein.
Not just a house white, a Haus Weiss, this blend of Weissburgunder (Pinot Blanc) and Sylvaner is like the perfect dinner party guest. It interjects with its brisk acidity, notes of peach and a bite of flint in the proper moments, making a perfect addition to good food and good, witty conversation. We recommend pairing this with something typically German, like Königsberger Klopse, or (now with spices) currywurst.
