Seven Hills Winery SHV Merlot 2015

On the nose, this wine is earthy with dark fruity undertones, reminiscent of a Christmas cake starting to show signs of dried plums. On the palate the taste is confirmed, providing texture and softness with boysenberry and skin. A lovely wine with notes of a delicate cake spice. Wine that is ready to drink now, but could easily last for another 10 to 15 years.
