Blue Gin
Why this premium spirit is called Blue Gin? Who knows, but we know one thing for a fact: the gin is crystal clear. The latest Austrian Gin export shines with an aroma of 27 different botanicals that have been collected from all over the world. As it is true for the majority of all gins, juniper is the strongest flavour in Blue Gin. Other than that, lemon rind, cilantro seeds, curcuma and coriander are easily noticeable as well. But it is not only the choice of botanicals that makes this gin so good - the choice of water also plays a big role in the making of Blue Gin. Pure spring water from an alpine pasture in the Mühlviertel from the north of Austria is used to give this gin the perfect base.
Blue Gin is an Austrian high quality spirit that comes in a fresh design and satisfies with its pure aroma.

Escudo Real Vinho Verde
The Lowdown:
Light.. super light, crisp, & bubbly. This is ridiculously refreshing. Made from a blend of Loureiro, Trajadura, & Arinto, this wine is not only incredibly fun to drink, it's far more complex than expected. The Trajadura and Arinto varieties give it body and length, as well as aromas of apple and grapefruit, while the Loureiro provides floral and herbal elements. This is a daytime crab smashing, beach cruising, pool side companion.
Why We Love it:
Two words: Sustainability... and chilling. Wine maker Carlos Teixeira is deeply dedicated to the long term viability of the environment. Water conservation, solar power, light weight recycled packaging, its all there. On the fun side, we love that these bubbles come in at only 9% ABV which makes it such a fun wine for hanging out with friends during the summer days.

"A velvety texture carries bright flavors of cherry, currant and kirsch in this lively red. Vanilla and candied orange notes give this an impression of sweetness, while bright acidity keeps this fresh. Focused and deep. Tempranillo and Merlot. Drink now through 2028."- WS

La Spinetta Barbera d'Asti Ca Di Pian
La Spinetta Barbera Ca di Pian comes from younger vine Barbera grown in two sites: Castagnole and Costigliole where the Bionzo vineyard is located. The vineyards together are about 23 hectares. The vines are 6-20 years old and grow on calcareous soil at 300 meters above sea level, at a southern exposure. Harvest usually happens in the last week September to early October, after which time, the grapes are fermented in rotofermenters for 6 to 7 days. The wine then ages for 12 months in a mix of new and old, medium toasted, French oak barrique. Malolactic fermentation takes place in the barrique.
"A tasty, entry-level wine, the 2013 Barbera d’Asti Ca’ di Pian is juicy and flamboyant from the very first taste. Blackberry jam, crème de cassis, chocolate, violets, lavender and sweet spice meld together in a deep, unctuous wine to drink now and over the next few years. This is a screaming value from La Spinetta.”- James Suckling
