Subrose was made with beautiful napa grown mourvedre and grenache grapes that were crushed mere hours before being moved to our oak barrels. The preserved tannic familiarity and lush fruit flavor mingled provocatively with our ale brewed with barley, oats, buckwheat, rye and wheat. Under this rose you will find a mildly soft mouthfeel before a silky swallow with bursting notes of juicy strawberry and blackberry.
