It was aged in neutral oak—we dare you to make fun of us—for 1 year—go ahead—before finishing in Rum barrels from Barbados and Rum Finished Bourbon Barrels for 5 months. Loaded and then finished for 5 more months on fresh Pineapple and Toasted Coconut, Enemy Maker is a tart and bright quaff with layered, crushable flavors of pineapple and tropical paletas.
