Es Okay White Wine

 Seriously this white blend is on a whole different level. It’s like Kate Moss apple sauce lean, and loquat drippy juice! Like being a kid again on the hottest day of the year and you’ve stolen an apricot off of the kitchen counter and the skin tickles your nose when you tear into the orange flesh.

That’s not too nostalgic, right..? But seriously the aromatics on this is like thawing honey comb resin and Meyer lemon. wet stone minerality while oily at the tip of tongue and acidity pinching at its side.

Less than 10ppm sulphites. Blend: 80% Cortese, 8% Chardonnay, 6% Pinot Gris skin ferment, 6% Chenin Blanc
