Delphinium California Sparkling Wine 2022

Grape: 60% Riesling, 30% Sauvignon Blanc, 10% Friulano

One of the best California sparklers we've ever come across, courtesy of winemaker and owner Courtney Humiston. Stone fruit, minerals, citrus, creamy texture and fine delicate bubbles. Can stand with great Champagne - at half the cost! 

Vineyard/Cellar Stats: Organic farming; native yeast and malolactic bacteria; zero sulfur added during primary and ML (15 ppm after racking prior to bottling); bottled with traditional liqueur de tirage and fermented dry; Sur lie for 9 months; riddled and disgorged with zero dosage; 12% ABV
