A cristalino from the notorious tequila makers Casa San Matias. A style that's growing in popularity, a cristalino is an aged tequila, that is then filtered over activated charcoal. Much like the Lincoln County Process seen in some Tennessee whiskies, this process grants the tequila a much smoother drinking experience. 

San Matías Cristal Tequila provides a pleasant aromatic notes featuring vanilla, chocolate, roasted coffee and nutmeg, while providing a perfect balance between the sweetness of the agave and soft notes of olive tree to the palate.
