Jingoro Honjozo Sake

This sake was named after Hidari Jingoro, creator of Japan's Sleepy Cat Nemuri Neko-wooden cat carving. The Funasaka Brewery is located deep in the Japanese Alps of Central Japan and has created wonderful sakes for over two-hundred years. Made only with local Gifu Prefecture ingredients, Jingoro Sake has a very ricey flavor with a soft, sweet fragrance, balanced by an impressively medium-dry tone. Winner of the Gold Kan Sake Award.
