Its color is a nice dark color. Rich and intense nose marked by red fruit aromas (cherry, raspberry). Generous and ample mouth with a lingering finish. Elegant wine with balanced tannins.

It can be served young or mature; it will join the group of all great Burgundies. Served in large-sided glasses, it will deliver intense aromas, as the shape of the container is favorable to its development. It has to be served with delicate and light food as roast poultry, grilled meat or game birds. Soft cheeses may also be a perfect match.
