40% Parellada, 29% Macabeo, 18% Xarel-lo, 8% Chardonnay, 5% Malvasia de Sitges; alcohol: 12%; vineyards high in Alt Pènedes at over 1400 feet; 60 year old vines planted in limestone and gravel soils; berries hand selected both in vineyard and at sorting table; gentle pnuematic press; fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks; aged on lees in tank until February 2023 bottling.
