Originally from Burgundy like the whole Pinots family, and distinguished from Chardonnay only at the end of the 19th century.

Blend of the freshness of the Pinot Blanc and fruit of the Auxerrois.

The nose is aromatic with notes of reinette apple. The palate is lively, well balance with a hint of roundness that gives way to a tonic finish plums.
