This is a limited-edition non-alcoholic still red wine alternative produced in collaboration between the Copenhagen-based non-alcoholic beverage company Muri and the Brooklyn-based, James Beard Award-winning wine bar and restaurant The Four Horsemen.

The blend includes sour cherry wine, red currant juice, ice-clarified tomato water, lacto-fermented beetroot, bay leaf water kefir, and green peppercorns.

This pairs well with dishes like duck, root vegetables, or a rich ragu. 

Serve slightly chilled.
