90% Nebbiolo and 10% Sangiovese from Sardinia. Aged 6 months in bottle before release 

Nose: Fairly intense ruby red, clear. Nose: Fairly rich, intense, complex bouquet with a hint of wood, distinctive vanilla scents. Palate: Dry, sapid, good body and balanced tannins, long finish in the nose and on the palate. 

Pair with: First courses with tasty condiments and meat sauces, red and white meats, grilled or roasted, mutton and pork stews or roasts, stewed game, mushroom dishes, mature PDO Sardinian Pecorino cheese.
