Big Level Bourbon is a wheated bourbon 100% mashed, distilled, aged, proofed, and bottled at the Smooth Ambler distillery in West Virginia. No chill filtration.
Tasting Notes: Toffee and pancake batter on the nose. With pleasant warmth in the mid-palate. Lingering finish. Lots of pecan pie.
An intense ink with a garnet rim, the wine opens with powerful aromatics of cassis, ripe boysenberry, and chaparral with hints of graphite, sage, fire -roasted meats and fresh brioche. The entry floods the palate with ripe dark fruit flavors of blackberry and black cherries as well as fresh minerality and a touch of kir and crème de menthe. With traces of tannin, the wine finishes with a lingering sweet licorice and a smooth acidity. Overall, this vintage of Papillon truly characterizes the theme —bold and massive yet also delicate and complex.

Many years in the making, Lyre’s exquisite range of lovingly crafted alcohol-free, classic spirits was borne from a quest to make the impossible possible. To provide an alternative to those who don’t wish to imbibe alcohol, but still wish to enjoy the mirth, merriment and social intercourse of an evening soiree or shindig.
But this is not just any alternative.
Every Lyre’s spirit looks, tastes and sashays around the palate just like the original. And yet, the absence of giggle juice enables revellers to remain clear-headed, of good cheer and in fine fettle to pursue whatever tickles their fancy the following day.

- This wine is fermented spontaneously. Ampeleia is born from the synergistic blend of different grape varieties sourced in vineyards found on the hillsides dominated by the town of Roccatederighi, in the heart of Maremma., It embodies this land from the chestnut woods on higher ground, through the Mediterranean scrubland, to the lower fields with cork-oak woods. Six grape varieties are blended in this wine aspiring to represent the Mediterranean tradition of cultivating diversity.
Bapt & Clem's Rum
This assemblage was made by Marc Darroze . It is the result of 3 different aging techniques that will bring complexity and richness.
Aging rums were conducted in barrels from the USA , having already contained American bourbon for at least two years .
No added sugar in this rum drier and aromatic than most rums produced in the Caribbean

Pretty fire color with more intense reflections.
The particular aging of Savanna brings incredible complexity and typicity to the nose: cooked fruit (cooked apple), praline, cigar box, dried flowers, beeswax. After a few minutes, heavier aromas of gingerbread, mint (almost medical) and honey complete this palette so rich in aromas.
In the mouth, the attack is supple, the tannins are rich and round, the end of mouth slightly spicy (green pepper, sweet pepper). A marvel of finesse
What distinguishes Lalou Bize-Leroy from her peers? Her relentless pursuit if fine wines which are the direct expressions of their terroir. With courage, she makes wine from extremely low yields (producing crops one fourth the size of her neighbors) and bottles without fining or filtration. In addition, at Domaine LEROY, we have been cultivating our vines under biodynamic conditions since 1989. This means that our wines are free of all chemical treatments, weed killers, pesticides, fungicides, insecticides and artificial fertilizers. Instead, we have stepped back in time and use cosmic rhythms to ensure correct soil tilling and recuperation as well as effective vine care through all phases of the year's cycle.
Bapt & Clem's Rum
A pretty mahogany dress, intense with red highlights. The nose is of surprising aromatic complexity combining aromas of red fruit jams; of cigar box, sandalwood, balsamic vinegar, undergrowth, beeswax and fine spices (cinnamon, licorice). An aromatic festival ...
On the palate, the attack is supple and almost sweet. Then, an aromatic explosion reveals spices, cooked fruits, honey notes.
The finish is enveloping, rich and very persistent. A great rum of character
All the way from Australia, Lyre's brings you a non-alcoholic Dark Cane Spirit, made in the style of an aged rum! Look, there's even a parrot with a pirate hat and a hook for a hand on the label. Wait, parrots don't have hands. A hook for a wing? Anyway. It's full of rich molasses flavors, but most definitely completely free from alcohol. It is has rich notes of caramelized brown sugar and slightly bitter molasses, with flamed orange peel.
Amber color with golden tints. The nose is superb, very expressive, complex, intense and rich. A fireworks of spices, fruits, toasted flavors with some slightly woody notes.
No disappointment in the palate... The tannins are rich and velvety. Beautiful rancio notes on this finish.
