Fieldhand Garden Avenue Red Blend

The newest bottling from one of our favorite young producers.  Winemaker Patrick O'Brien has spent the last 10 years finding neglected backyard vineyards in Napa and Sonoma counties, partnering with the owners, farming their plots for free, converting them to organic, farming pracitices and splitting the resultant wine with them. 

The 2024 Garden Avenue - 60% Gamay Noir and 40% Pinot Noir - from the Petulama Gap area of Sonoma, may be our favorite yet. Light (11.9%) and very easy to drink, but without sacrificing spicy, herb-kissed complexity,  it is spring in a bottle basically, but probably won't last as long. These wines are extremely small production, so make sure and get a few before they are gone!
