Domaine Ligier Cremant du Jura Rose


The local Trousseau  grape variety as well as Pinot Noir are used for this rosé Crémant cuvée. A few hours of maceration between the juice and the skin of the grapes are enough to obtain a light pink color with purplish reflections. Subsequently, the production process is the same as for the white Crémant.
The nose evokes small fruits (redcurrant, raspberry), the ample and sufficiently lively mouth shows a good balance in a fruity aromatic palette.
