The aromatics in the Shake Ridge Mourvédre are strikingly savory.  It contains characters of herbs de Provence, dried thyme and black cherry.  The palate is medium in weight, carrying a refreshing mineral quality that’s more linear than broad.  It’s a bottling that’s enjoyable now and should cellar well for 5-7 years.
