Sfera is a small collaboration with organic growers found all over Italy from the Alps to the Mediterranean. The wine is batched in small runs, allowing Sfera to collab with a multitude of different growers.

This Rosato is refreshing and bright, with notes of pomegranate and cranberry, and a deeper rose hue. A super easy drinking, glou-glou style wine, it’s best paired with charcuteries, grilled fish, any sort of salad (antipasti), and grilled sausage.
