Monte Dall'ora Saseti is from the Valpolicella appellation in the Veneto region of Italy, just north of Verona. It' a natural Italian red wine that is a bright, medium-bodied with tasting notes of fresh red fruits like cherry and raspberry, along with secondary notes of herbs, mint, and pepper. It has a vibrant acidity, fine tannins, and a mineral or stony finish. The wine is typically light, juicy, and aromatic, expressing a contrast between its lightness and aromatic depth. 

Can be served slightly chilled with charcuterie, margarita pizza, or mushroom risotto. Also good with pasta with tomato sauce and grilled white meats.
