Perséides has a clear, bright garnet colour with purple hues. The nose is expressive with liquorice, peppermint and cocoa. On the palate, the silky tannins precede a long, generous and warm finish. This wine will be an excellent accompaniment to vegetarian dishes such as ratatouille or vegetarian stuffed aubergines, but also to meat dishes such as duck breast with ceps or roast lamb, or even more exotic dishes such as Mexican tacos.
