Memorial Day Wines
The Pesquera Tinto's cherry red color reveals its youth and fruitiness. Its aspect is clean and appears to be glyceric. On the nose, the wine's intense bouquet reveals the best dark fruit marked by impeccable wood aromas. Hints of fallen leaves and spices such as vanilla. On the palate, the smooth entry becomes lush with abundant ripe tannins and an excellent balance between its acidity and heat. The presence of the well-integrated oak complements the fruit and spice beautifully to display a wine of great balance. A refined, long-lasting and elegant finish.
Pairs perfectly with roasted meats, farm yard poultry, veal stews as well as semi-cured cow and/or goat cheese.

The Alfrocheiro, more commonly associated with the Dão region further north in Portugal, makes an Alentejo appearance in this cherry and black-fruit-flavored wine. Its earthy character will soften as it matures and it will be a generous wine to drink from 2020.
"Bedrock's 2016 Old Vine Zinfandel is soft, fruity and forward, all qualities that make it an excellent choice for drinking now and over the next handful of years. There is good depth to the tobacco, cedar and cherry flavors. In many vintages, the Old Vine is an overachiever, but in 2016 it shows more like a wine at this price point should. Even so, it is absolutely delicious. This is an especially floral, restrained style for Bedrock. The 2016 is 88% Zinfandel and 12% mixed blacks from a variety of sites."- Vinous
Our proprietary red blend is made in an approachable style that is simply delicious on release. It is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Syrah, Merlot and Malbec. It is 100% Estate fruit and it is a fantastic value.
Dating back to its first use in 1849, "Chardenet" was the original spelling for the Chardonnay grape in France. Carneros Hills Winery produces limited amounts of vineyard designated wines under this name: one from the Durell Vineyard and one from Coteau Blanc, which is comprised of several choice blocks located within the Carneros Hills Vineyard.
Aromas of yellow peach, poached pear, lemon peel, beeswax, and lanolin intertwine on the nose. On the palate, rich white plum, g, and dried ginger flavors lead into a powerfully structured, riverstone-inflected texture that persists for minutes.
With an attractive ruby colour, Charamba Tinto presents a very fruity nose, with notes of blackberries, raspberries and spices. In the mouth, this wine stands out with its elegance and smoothness, with persisting fruity notes at the end.
Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Barroca, Tinta Roriz
"This is the first vintage from Saint Cosme's plantings on the limestone soils of Saint Martin. Although only a stone’s throw from Gigondas, the soils have a much higher proportion of limestone than in Gigondas which makes them uniquely suited to growing white grapes. The results are compelling – you can sense the limestone and finesse that goes with it. There is a distinctive fabric and it is easy to see the huge potential. The wine is balanced, ethereal and the aroma is quite sophisticated. It displays a real backbone and salinity.

St. Martin de la Garrigue has endured through several eras of history. The château is located in the Languedoc, near Pézenas, the hometown of Molière. Surrounded by pine forests and garrigue, it is situated overlooking the Hérault River. The building that stands today dates back to the Renaissance, yet its dazzling little chapel (which could turn the devil into a true believer) was constructed in the mid-ninth century. Records show that the property was gifted to the clergy throughout the Middle Ages by the kings of France. The story goes back even further though—the Romans were said to have built a villa and vineyards here after the conquest of Gaul. In recent years, primitive pottery shards and graves on the property were found, indicating that people have been living here even as far back as the Iron Age! So what is so special about this place? Its proximity to a water source and ideal terroir makes it the perfect spot for growing grapes. The microclimate here is different from St. Martin’s neighbors. It sits at a slightly higher altitude and is therefore cooler, allowing a one-to-two week delay of the harvest. This long, even ripening of the grapes is also attributed to the humidity and the cooling influences of the Mediterranean breezes, as well as bountiful rains in the fall and at the end of winter. Beautiful red and white limestone gravel covers the floor of the vineyards, lending aromatic depth and freshness to the grapes.
Jean-Claude Zabalia, one of the region’s most talented winemakers, has certainly left his mark on the property for over twenty years. In addition to overseeing the vineyards and the winery, Jean-Claude has made extensive renovations to the property, including managing the reconstruction of the cellars. He has brought the domaine to new heights, making wines that are sold in over twenty-eight different countries. Sixteen different varietals are planted at Saint Martin. While most of the vineyards are planted to red grapes, St Martin de la Garrigue is also known for their deliciously fresh white, Picpoul de Pinet. Andrew Jefford, author of The New France, raves, “Perhaps the best wine for me is an astonishing Picpoul de Pinet, picked very late from low-yielding vines: those who consider this an inarticulate if refreshing choice, the Muscadet of the Midi, should try this mint-and-verbena-scented, powerfully lemony wine.” KLWM Salesperson Lori Varsames has written of the domaine, “White or red, rosé or Cuvée Réservée, everything coming from Château St Martin de la Garrigue offers up incredible value.” Be sure to try their Bronzinelle – it is the perfect wine for barbecue.

Made from Cabernet Sauvignon (50%), Merlot (21%), Cabernet Franc (25%), Petit Verdot (4%) grapes.
CONTRADE Negroamaro Puglia IGT: 100% Negroamaro, one of the most representative red grapes of Salento. Known for producing wines that are full-bodied, rich, elegant and with the typical soft tannins of the Italian “classics,” the word Negroamaro is a Latin-Greek blend which emphasizes the color of the grape: niger from Latin “black” and mavros from Greek “dark”.
TASTING NOTES: Deep ruby red; intense aroma, with notes of cherry and blueberry jam, cocoa, licorice and floral fragrances. Round with warm structure and smooth tannins.
Blend: 84% Sauvignon Blanc, 16% Semillon
Edmund Jacquin et Fils
Quince, flowers, apricot and a touch of honey rise from the medium-bodied palate, which finishes with just a hint of mountain tonic.
Pair with light to medium-bodied white fish, cold chicken salads, shrimp dim sum, and crab fritters.
Fresh as a slap across the face, bright as the morning sun and clean as a glacial lake. This light-bodied Gruner Veltliner from the Austrian grower Franz Etz makes music with its layers of fruit notes and tickles you with perky acidity.

Our grapes are sourced from some of the finest vineyards in the cool growing regions of the Russian River Valley, and are patiently handcrafted into balanced, food-friendly wines that age exceptionally well. Aged 10 months in French oak barrels
Tasting Notes: quince, dried fruit, citrus
This wine shows aromas of apple blossoms, poached pear, toasted coconut, and hints of spicy oak. Flavors of pear, stone fruit, and citrus swirl on the palate. It is medium bodied with a creamy mouthfeel finishing with notes of creme fraiche and caramelized sugar.
Pairs well with roasted artichokes with a lemon aioli, butternut squash ravioli with a sage brown butter sauce or chicken pot pie.
Chambers and Chambers
For the 2018 vintage, our Rosé was made by whole-cluster pressing 100% Rockpile Zinfandel. This practice produces lightly colored and delicate wines. The Rosé juice is fermented entirely in stainless steel and has not gone through malolactic fermentation, preserving the bright, fresh, natural malic acid in the grapes.
This Rockpile Rosé has a beautiful delicate salmon pink color, and the hue is showcased in a graceful new bottle style. The nose offers up an enticing bouquet of wilted magnolia blossom, dried chamomile flower and crushed river stone. Vibrant and refreshing, it’s focused on the palate. Flavors of briary wild strawberry give way to minerality and hints of dried rose petal. The wine is soft and inviting on the front palate, with a crisp and pure finish.
Earthy and smoky aromas are followed by those of plum, vanilla and spice. The complex medley of flavors include plum, blackberry jam, tobacco, anise and sweet oak. The sturdy but softly integrated tannins yield to subtle oak notes as the wine lingers on the palate. Full of Zinfandel personality!

2018 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition
The beautiful salmon color hints at the lovely qualities in this unusual rosé blend. Inviting aromatics of tree-ripened apricot and juicy peach lead into the crisp, refreshing flavors. A silken mouthfeel offers delicate mélange of white nectarine, apricot and white peach with traces of lime and tangerine zest, green apple and a mineral essence. Balanced with bright acidity and a creamy texture, this unique rosé makes a wonderful addition to an appetizer or salad course, or lighter fare entrées.
Blend: Expressive and elegant, this exceptionally food-friendly wine will pair delightfully with a variety of dishes, from grilled T-bone steaks with chimichurri sauce to miso-marinated sea bass or grilled salmon. For a perfect cheese pairing, Fiscalini Bandage Wrapped Cheddar, patterned after traditional English Cheddar, has the fullness, complexity, and ambition to match this wine.
