Double Negative pours jet black with burnt orange highlights. A long lasting tan head leaves abundant lacing. Aromas bursting from the glass include espresso, bitter chocolate, caramel, black currant and blueberry. Creamy and viscous on the palate, the flavor initially follows the nose. A pop of smooth bitterness comes after, and then a lingering, roasty finish.
Eternal Now invokes spectral layers of funk and acid. This barrel-aged sour beer is infused with pungent Limu Omani (Persian black limes), doubling up on the funky complexity of the base beer. These are limes that have been boiled in salt water and then left to dry and auto-ferment until they become a desiccated, aged spice. The unbelievably rich and musky aromas of this transfigured citrus are the perfect match for aged hops and our supernatural house mixed culture. Immensely multifaceted and satisfying.
The bright flavors of lychee fruits and raw, juiced ginger root shine in Super Present, our new foeder-fermented mixed fermentation gose. Dry hopping with Motueka lends a delightful lime-candy note that rounds out the palate.
How do you make icing on the cake even more decadent? You put chocolate covered cherries on top! Chocolate Cherry Icing on the Cake is our newest dessert imperial milk stout. It is conditioned on cacao, vanilla, and tart Montmorency cherries. Upon first sip, we’ve entered the chocolate factory with our golden ticket. It tastes exactly like gooey dark chocolate truffles and chocolate covered cherries. The tan foam presents with a hint of pink!
