This Régnié, Beaujolais cru where Gamay is master, has a nose of black fruits, cinnamon, raisins in rum, the mouth impresses with its width and amplitude but above all, an indisputable sign of great vintages, it is with a surprising freshness, almost crunchy, a little acidity which gives all the spring to this pretty vintage.

Deep, bright-rimmed red. Spice-accented raspberry, cherry and baking spices on the expressive nose. Juicy, seamless and appealingly sweet, offering energetic strawberry and raspberry flavors that deepen and take a darker turn on the back half. Finishes long and subtly spicy, with barely perceptible tannins and a hint of candied flowers. Best after 2021
