A blend of three parcels, the Chambolle-Musigny Village has a vivid bouquet with red cherry, bergamot and potpourri scents. This has fine delineation, though it's not complex. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannins, well-judged acidity and nice structure. Again, it just needs more complexity to manifest on the finish, but it is on par with the previous vintage.
