100% Turbiana (Trebbiano di Lugana, Verdicchio) Certified organic From vines planted between 1969 and 1978  on soils of  calcareous clay and  silt. Cemento shows a bright pale straw color in the glass, with aromas and flavors of mint, white peach, apricot and sage. The texture is outstanding, with richness from the skin contact balancing the zesty acidity of old-vine Turbiana. An excellent white wine.
