Cuvée Reflets displays a beautiful rose gold color with copper highlights. Fine, quick, and nourished effervescence adds to the festive and generous character of the visual presentation. The first impression on the nose honors the wine’s fruity character with notes of currant, pomegranate, and citrus. A few moments later, more elegant and subtle notes appear suggesting white flowers, pink grapefruit, and bread dough. Good length on the palate (lingering 7 to 8 seconds) releases intense fruit flavors of baked apple, candied quince and strawberry. Acidic and chalky sensations accompany the finish.
Regal Wine Company
Leave your penny loafers at home. This wine is the troublemaker in the Ivy Leagues. Who knew Grenache could demonstrate such piercing identity among the well healed? Think turned-up collar, extra-large comb in the back pocket of your faded Jordache jeans groovin’ to “Maneater” = Swagger. Spear and Robert Rae vineyards create the dynamic duo for this wine.
Spear and Robert Rae are organically farmed by awesome people. Spear receives morning warmth on its east facing sandy slope protected from the fierce oceanic westward afternoon winds. The fruit is plump, juicy and strategic in focus. Robert Rae is perched high above Santa Rosa road overlooking the entire Sta. Rita Hills from its intimate sunlight receiving west-facing clay-loam vista. The yield is never as much as I would like - it seems you actually can’t get enough of a good thing. This fruit is fierce and potent. 50% whole cluster fermentation, always. Long, cool gentle fermentation. 30+ days on the skins. Pressed into neutral French oak barrels for aging.

The German Wine Collection
Mouth-watering acidity is one of the hallmarks of great German rosé and this bone-dry, certified organic example from the Pfalz region really shows off the racy nature of these wines. Bearing a pretty pale pink hue, this wine is made of 100% Spatburgunder, the German word for Pinot Noir. This is a wine of great purity, mineral depth, and textural complexity that features vivid wild strawberry, raspberry, cranberry, and meyer lemon flavors.
Located in the western hills of Sebastopol, this 4.5ac north/south facing organic vineyard has 35 year old vines growing on its gentle sloped hill side. Gold Ridge soils and the Petaluma Gap wind influence provide an ideal growing condition for coastal pinot noir.
