This rose is produced from 100% Saperavi grapes hand harvested from a single biodynamic vineyard located in Gurjaani village, Kakheti. The gently crushed grapes macerate in stainless steel vats for two days, then the juice is drained settled and fermented with natural Georgian wine easts in Georgian clay vessels (Qvevri) for six months. Bottled unfiltered according to ancient Georgian winemaking traditions dated back 8000 years. This wine has a soft and rich taste of red fruits and berries with a round ending and well balanced finish.
