Time Machine Blanc is back and as delicious as ever, this time with a blend of mostly Chenin Blanc plus a bit of Chardonnay and Melon de Bourgogne (the grape used in Muscadet). This crisp, minerally white sees some lees aging and bursts with stone fruit and citrus zest!
