To show the authenticity and purity of our varietals. Fresh and vibrant, the perfect introduction to the terroir of Mendoza. Made with carefully selected grapes from the regions of Luján de Cuyo and Valle de Uco.

Aging:
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks; 7% malolactic fermentation. 7% is aged in new French oak for 6 months. Unfined.

Tasting notes:
Yellow pale color. On the nose it presents aromas of pear, green apple and grapefruit. It's very well balanced with a good palate and crisp acidity.
