Gilbert Picq et Ses Fils Chablis

Brothers Didier and Pascal Picq have managed their model 32 acre domain since 1976. Their vineyards grow on the steep slopes above the Serein River, just south east of the town of Chablis in this northern appellation where Chardonnay is pared down to its bones.
