The bright flavors of lychee fruits and raw, juiced ginger root shine in Super Present, our new foeder-fermented mixed fermentation gose. Dry hopping with Motueka lends a delightful lime-candy note that rounds out the palate.
Eternal Now invokes spectral layers of funk and acid. This barrel-aged sour beer is infused with pungent Limu Omani (Persian black limes), doubling up on the funky complexity of the base beer. These are limes that have been boiled in salt water and then left to dry and auto-ferment until they become a desiccated, aged spice. The unbelievably rich and musky aromas of this transfigured citrus are the perfect match for aged hops and our supernatural house mixed culture. Immensely multifaceted and satisfying.
Hazy golden wild farmhouse ale, dry hopped with Mosaic, El Dorado, and Huell Melon. Beautifully balanced acidity, glowing hop aromas redolent of guava, watermelon candy, pineapple, and ripe mango. Conditioned on oak for light tannin structure. Don’t age this beer; drink ASAP.
Shadows of Their Eyes is a dark sour beer aged in oak barrels. Fermented with Brettanomyces yeast and Lactobacillus bacteria, this sour features aromas of dark chocolate that compliment notes of black cherries, tart plums, and vanilla.
Guava Happens is a blend of golden sour beers aged in oak barrels with pink guavas. Fermented with an adventurous blend of yeast and bacteria, this fruited sour cruises the open road through the tropics. The scent of fresh guava wafts in the sea breeze and mingles with notes of ripe mangoes, papaya, and pink lemonade. Tart and easy-drinking, this sour is meant for you to enjoy the ride and embrace guava happens.
Sour Ale Brewed with Raspberries. This delicious creation was truly a product of creativity, ingenuity, and luck. In the summer of 2013 we took a test batch of our sessionable sour summer ale, Provincial, that didn’t quite hit gravity and decided to have some fun with it by adding a heavy dose of raspberries. The end result was so delicious, we ended up brewing it year-round. This delightfully tart fruit beer is refreshing, with a citrusy berry aroma which transitions to a subtly sweet and tart finish. Notes of lemon zest and tart raspberries. Pairs well with day drinking.

Tea sours combine the intensity of sours with the calm of tea. The base beer is our sour sparkling ale - fermented with a blend of wild wine yeast, brettanomyces, and lactobacillus. Next we add a blend of hibiscus and chamomile teas - creating a refreshingly tart and aromatically complex beer. Notes of bright red fruits, honest and pineapple. Blur the line between beer and wine (and tea!).
Raspberry Sunshine is like drinking a bowl of farm fresh raspberries. Refreshingly tart with a rich and jammy aroma, this brettanomyces-fermented farmhouse ale is perfect for summertime sipping. We aged it for three months in white wine oak foeders, imparting crisp flavors of green melon and a lambic-style minerality to the finish. Pair this berry bomb with grilled corn, herbed goat cheese and blue skies.
