While Salt the Earth was brewed to be a perfect pairing with food, it will also be
delightful as a meal of its own. While this West town Bier is named in memory "Of
elsewhere... of a ruthless act carried out by the Roman general Scipio Aemilianus
on Carthage after its fall" it is intended not as a homage, but perhaps a cautionary
tale of the perils inherent in too much of a good thing. Moderation is key.
