Pouring a glowing orange/copper color, Funkier Pumpkin leaps from the glass with a rich, pumpkin spice aroma punctuated by funky, forest floor notes from the brettanomyces, a wild yeast strain known for imparting unique flavors and aromas. With an effervescent mouthfeel thanks to spritzy carbonation, the flavor of Funkier Pumpkin features a balanced array of pumpkin pie spices including nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger and allspice. No single spice dominates before giving way to a slight pumpkin flavor that transitions into pleasant, refreshing tartness; a slight warming finish from the cinnamon and ABV and a touch of toasty, toffee-like sweetness from caramel malt. Funkier Pumpkin will be available exclusively in 750 mL bottles.

Pouring a slightly hazy, reddish amber hue, Love Child No. 7 opens with aromas of red fruit with a slight acidity detected. Lactobacillus provides a crisp, refreshing acidity with fruit, oak and subtle spice notes presenting in the flavor of the beer. Ending fermentation quite dry at 1.75 Plato, Love Child No. 7 tapers to a subtle oaky finish that begs for another sip. At 8.2 ABV and 9 IBUs, our latest Love Child blend is a perfect match for aged/funky cheese, desserts with fruit and tangy/citrusy salads.
We took the refinement out of the barrel and brought the funk from the farm. Using wild wine yeast straight from the vineyard and pomace straight from press, we infuse this sour ale with Dry Creek Valley zinfandel skins. Tart and jammy, juicy but dry. It starts fruit-forward with notes of bright red berries and finishes with wood spice and soft tannins. Blur the line between beer and wine. 375 ml bottle
DRINK UP: with Sunday dinner or any day after 5
PAIR WITH: roasted duck or Louisiana hot links

Modeled after the tart beers of Northern Germany, the low ABV beer is the perfect drink for the outdoors. Crisp, fruity esters play alongside the salinity of Pink Himalayan Salt and the spice of ground coriander. The use of lactobacillus, along with blackberry puree, balances the tart front end with soft fruit character, providing you with an easy to drink, refreshing tart ale.
Sour Red Ale aged in Oak Wine Barrels.
The word vulpine means "like a fox." Here, we’re referring to the deep, reddish hues of Obscura Vulpine, a beer brewed especially for barrel aging. What goes into the wood as rich, malty, and ruby-colored, comes out a complex, sour, garnet ale. With notes of dried tart cherries, red currants, and oak, this is a beer as artful as our favorite forest canine.
