Brewery Notes:

Gayle Goschie runs her 130-year old family farm in the Willamette Valley & she has supported our brewery since day 1. Supplying hops in tiny amounts of the highest quality. This beer gets those hops as well as the malt, Viognier grapes & honey from her farm, which also grows grass seed, corn & wheat. Barley malted by Tiller malt & honeybees cared for by Pacific Honeybees.
