A Belgian inspired Lambic-style ale aged in used Chardonnay barrels from local Sonoma County wineries with Brettanomyces, Lactobacillus and Pediococcus. Medium bodied with hints of oak and Chardonnay, funky Brett characteristics followed by citrus, golden raisins and a nice, long, sour finish
