Incredibly smooth ale. The texture is similar to a lighter porter with great body overall. This brew is aged in Oloroso Sherry barrels to give it deep color and lovely aromatics of caramel, prune, and and tobacco.
The Muscovado sugar they use in the brewing process gives this beer a lovely crème brûlée toasted sugar quality on the palette. They add oak chips for an additional punch of smooth texture and lightly earthy, sweet, and leathered flavors.1 in stock
