Gray Whale Gin is perfected with six vibrant Californian botanicals - mint, lime, juniper, almonds, fir, and kombu - sustainably sourced or wild harvested along the migratory path of the gray whale. Each botanical is carefully selected to create a spirit that honors both craft and conservation.
