Castagnedi Monti Garbi Valpolicella Ripasso

The wine shows a lovely ruby red color. Aromas of red fruit and cherries. The flavors are slightly sweetish, soft yet powerful, fresh, and full-flavored with a trace of tannin and a spicy aftertaste.

Try pairing with pasta entrées with meat ragout and Italian sauces, grilled, roast or stewed white meats, hard medium-ripecheeses.
