Our Only Texas Wine!

Technical— Varietals: 38% Roussanne, 36% Grüner Veltliner, 26% Trebbiano AVA: Texas High Plains Soil: Sandy loam ABV: 12.5% S02: 35 ppm Production: 720 cases

Vinification— The 3 varietal components of this blend were picked and fermented seperately then blended prior to bottling. The Trebbiano and Roussanne were both fermented in stainless steel while the Grüner was fermented in concrete. All components went through full malolactic fermentation. This wine was fermented by native yeast bacteria and bottled unfiltered.

Notes— This wine is a full on melon patch that is cleaned up with a nice salinity. Rasied in concrete, it's juicy, straightforward and honest. Chill it, just don't get it Coors Light cold. Melon, green apple and honeysuckle on the nose. But don't overthink this wine, it is meant to be thoroughly enjoyed outside with a huge picnic spread. Drink it chilled on a hot day or pair it with...anything.
