The Botanist Islay Dry Gin, 1L
REMINDER: We only ship spirits within the state of CA at this time.
22 hand-foraged local botanicals delicately augment none berries, barks, seeds and peels during an achingly slow distillation. The Botanist Islay dry gin is a rare expression of the heart and soul of our remote Scottish home.
Contains a floral nose, with a distinct sweet juniper hit. On the palate it is rich but mellow and finished with a zesty but gentle spice. A highly distinctive, complex, floral gin.
