Siduri Santa Lucia Pinot Noir

The Santa Lucia Highlands has often been referred to as the "Spiritual Home of Siduri" - meaning that while the winery is located in Sonoma County, some of our longest standing relationships in vineyards - and some of our best wines - are located on this narrow stretch of benchland overlooking the bountiful Salinas Valley. Vineyards like Rosella's, located in the "sweet-spot" in the middle of the cooler part of the AVA contributes freshness and vibrant acid, while vineyards like Garys' contribute dark fruit and structure. Soberanes, Sierra Mar and Kitewinder round out the blend with their own personalities, creating a wine that is truly representative of this incredible place to grow Pinot Noir.

This appellation cuvée is a winner, beginning with aromas of black cherry, black raspberry, loamy soil, and minty pine on the nose. The palate is tense in texture, as sticky, even waxy, tannins frame flavors of ripe cherry and forest herb.
