Pian di Stio is an organic Fiano that comes from small selected parcels of the Stio vineyard at 650 meters above sea level. In places where the snow-capped mountains touch the sky and time slows down. The cool climate, the strong temperature range and the calcareous-clayey soils allow the production of excellent grapes. At the end of manual harvesting in small boxes, the selected bunches under go a process of cryo-maceration for 6 hours. Before bottling, the wine rests on its fine lees for six months in steel tanks.

Do I need to show ID?: Yes. Every delivery and pickup needs someone 21 or older with a valid ID.
Where do you ship wine?: Within California and to these states: AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, MN, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, NY, OK, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, WY. Someone 21 or older has to sign for it, so send it somewhere a grown-up will be home.
How long will it take?: Orders usually leave the shop within 1–3 business days. In very hot or freezing weather we may hold a shipment a few days rather than cook your wine.
Can I pick it up instead?: Yes. Choose pickup at checkout and pick Fillmore or Noe Valley. We'll email you when it's ready. Bring an ID.
What do I do when it arrives?: Store corked bottles on their side somewhere cool and dark. If it traveled, give it a day or two before opening; wine gets a little rattled in transit too.
Do you discount mixed cases?: Mix any 12 bottles of still wine and save 10% at checkout. Champagne and sparkling aren't included.
