San Matias Tahona is the result of 130 years of experience and time-honored methods reflecting Casa San Matias passion for producing exquisite tequila.
This 100% artisanal, small-batch tequila blanco is made according to tradition of blue agave. To achieve the fullest flavor, the agave is steamed in stone ovens, crushed with our original tahona stone. The blanco is aged for 3 months.
The taste is incredibly sweet, with flavorful mineral notes. It is smooth with no bitterness.
Food pairing for this tequila designed to be sipped for its aromatic richness. Perfect for pairing with fresh cheese and fresh seafood.
