This is primarily Verdejo blended with a small percentage of Viura (Macabeo).
Crisp and round with balanced acidity, bursting with flavors of lime, pear, and lemongrass. The finish is refreshing with a notable saline and mineral complexity.

Pairs well with fresh seafood, grilled prawns, ceviche, sushi, mixed green salads or perhaps a tangy goat cheese salad. Any light appetizers, or served completely on its own as a chilled aperitif.
