The "3 Stars" in the name represents a blend of rums sourced from three historic Caribbean islands - Barbados, Trinidad, & Jamaica. 
The taste is biscuity and bittersweet with a light-to-medium body. You can detect undertones of dark chocolate, marshmallow, root beer, and ripe tropical fruits like pineapple and banana.  It ends with a slight grassy and peppery taste.
